Mentor Program

LCBA offers a mentor program to supplement our classes & workshops.  Members are welcome to contact mentors with questions about what's going on with their bees; when needed, mentors sometimes do apiary "house calls." Our program's goal is to help beekeepers become independent & effective in managing their bees.

All of our mentors are volunteers, so we don't put their individual contact information on our website. Mentors are available only for current dues-paying members of LCBA; since numbers of available mentors are limited, priority goes to students who have taken LCBA's beginning beekeeping class.

No certifications are needed - just beekeeping experience & willingness to serve.  Mark YES on your club membership renewal form, email board@lewiscountybeekeepers.org, or let a director know at a membership meeting.
